Built to look — and behave — like a legitimate credit platform
The credit-repair industry has a reputation problem for good reason. Creditxora is structured to be the opposite of a credit-sweep operation.
Transparency over promises
We tell you what we found, what can reasonably be questioned, and what cannot. Accurate information stays — and we say so up front.
Your file, not a template
Reviews are done by an assigned specialist against your actual reports and documents, not run through a generic dispute mill.
Everything in one place
Documents, disputes, bureau responses, tasks and messages all live in your portal — no more chasing status by text message.
Security by default
Credit reports are encrypted at rest, access is restricted to your assigned team, and nothing sensitive travels over email.
Track your progress instead of chasing it
Every Creditxora client gets a secure login. Your file, your documents and your bureau responses live in one place — visible to you at any hour.
- Every document you upload, encrypted and organised
- Each disputed item with its current stage and bureau response
- Tasks your specialist needs from you, with due dates
- Direct messages attached to your file, not scattered across texts

Credit repair is the process of reviewing your credit reports for information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, and then formally raising those items with the credit bureaus and the companies that reported them. Accurate negative information cannot be removed, and no company can lawfully promise otherwise.
You start with a short assessment. A specialist reviews your credit reports and any documentation you upload, then prepares a written summary and a prioritised plan. Once you agree to the plan, appropriate items are raised with the bureaus and furnishers, and every step and response is tracked in your client portal.
We review reports from all three nationwide consumer reporting agencies — Experian, Equifax and TransUnion — because the same account is often reported differently at each one.
No, and you should be cautious of any company that says it can. Accurate, timely and verifiable information stays on your report. What we can do is identify entries that appear inaccurate or unverifiable, document them properly, and raise them through the process the law provides. Outcomes depend on what the bureaus and furnishers find.
Credit bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute, and 45 days in certain circumstances. Most clients work with us over several months because items are addressed in sequence and some require follow-up. Your portal shows exactly where each item stands.
